On tap. Poured a dense dark brown with a nitro off tan head. Mellow aroma of coffee and vanilla. Smooth body, with a touc of the oat flavor. I’ve never really liked the flavor oats give, but here, it is ever so slight, that it is pretty good. Big coffee flavor along with some burnt bitterness and a semi bitter finish. Overall, a nice beer.

This poured a very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma was roasted malts, some milkyness, and some chocolate notes. Flavor was fairly dry with mainly notes of dark roasted malt and light dark chocolae.

Sample at Fat Head’s. Dark brown pour with a medium tan head. Roasty aroma with chocolate and cream notes. Flavor is equally roasty with chocolate sweetness and a creamy dank finish.
