A Belgian Dark Strong ale with complex malt flavors, and dark candy sugar all working together with a
Trappist yeast strain. Dried fruit come across the palate reminiscent of a raisin, fig-like sweetness.
Let your palate travel from complex malt flavors to the warm finish of this high octane beer all in one

On tap at Fat Headís Cleveland. Poured a deep brown with a thin light tan head. Yeasty aromas, a bit spicey, but very pleasant. Nice mouthfeel, Belgian yeast spiciness and a clean finish. Overall a nice beer, reminded me very much of their other big dark Belgian ale.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub in Cleveland. 30 ibu beer that has a ligt mahogoney coloured body and is lacey. Fruity but also noticeably boozy. Not up to the style though a fair beer. Just a pint in the summer is too much.Above average mouthfeel with sugar and caramel, and served at the right temeperature and carbonation. Worth a try.
