Tap at the brewpub. Clear light amber pour with a smaller white head. Dusty caramel malt, slightly hoppy. Just okay.

Draft sample. Poured a ruby color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting and had excellent lacing. Good toasted caramel malt and hop aroma. Medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate balanced smooth flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good soft brew.

Sampled at Fat Headís - Clear red in color with an average head and a lot of lacing. Has a sweet malt taste and a thin mouthfeel. Has an ok finish but definitely not my favorite of all that I tried.

on tap 6 June 2012, Good ruby color, but thats about it.. this is bland and boring to me, there is a touch of sweetness as you first sip it, but other than that its almost too balanced, I need some flavor here.

Aroma: Light caramel and toasted malts, but very faint. Appearance: Dark red amber with a thick, creamy head. Taste: Medium sweetness, with a light bitterness in the finish. Palate: Medium body with a lively carbonation, crisp texture, and a long, dry finish. Overall: Very nice--Iím not blown away, but a very quaffable and enjoyable beer.
