Bottle that poured a golden clear orange with white head. Decent lacing on the glass. The aroma is pine upfront with a citrus undertone. Mild malt base in the nose and in the flavor. The flavor is piney hops and a blast of citrus and the it just kind of tingles the tongue and finishes dry. Very good example of a session ipa.

Squat 12 oz potato masher bottle. Bad label. Hazy oakwood blonde with a white head. Resinous, katty aroma with sharp pineapple. Dry, crisp, tangy, hoppy. Lightish body. Drinkable, but kinda plain session IPA material. ABC Liquors, Bull Run.

Pours a hazy golden orange with a tall cream-colored head that hangs out a while and leaves some clumps of foamy lace on the way down. Nose involves dank pine and tropical fruit, some toasted malt, resin, ganja, herbal tea, and grapefruit. Barely sweet, quite bitter. Very light body, quite oily, pretty active and crisp, with a dry hoppy bitter finish. One of the better session IPAs Iíve had. The resemblance to Head Hunter is undeniable, and thatís a good thing.

Tallahassee, Fl. - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - Betton - 12 oz bottle. Slightly hazy dark golden out, tight snow white head, light sticky lacing. Aroma has a nice spruce profile, a touch of mint. flavor has a solid citrus bitter backbone, some celery notes and a dash of spearmint. Nice spritz to the mouthfeel. Very decent.

On tap at Fat Headís Portland, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of mineraly dry biscuity malt and some floral hops. Flavour reveals moderate intensity floral hops, and lots of mineraly biscuity malt. Well-balanced and clean, just a bit too mineraly. Decent.

Pour from bottle. Warm amber color with moderate head. Aroma a round citrus matched by clean, sharp grapefruit, crisp pine just barely peeking through it all. Sweet citrus overtone around the mouth; dry, foresty grapefruit lingers heavily. Aftertaste not exactly for me, but still something great to sip on.

Bottle. Clear dark gold with a 2 finger white head and some floaties. Aroma is fresh cut grass and citrus. Taste follows and adds pine and floral notes. Medium body and strong carb. Very nice.
