Wheat malt, and some of that same meaty, roasted, smoke cured malt note. Clove, faint lemon, and possibly orange peel add more depth to the flavor. Firmly malty, definitely possessing

Pint on tap at Allyn’s Cafe. Mostly hazy whitish paler yellow color. Thin white head, leaves good lace. Medium body. Kind of soft, smooth lighter carbonation. Lightly sticky. Good orange peel zest, light lemon and spice flavor. Nice yeast influence. Moderate sweet taste, light spice, good zest. Solid witbier.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft to taster. Looks solid; a hazy lemon juice color with ample foamy white head. Smells of Belgian yeast, coriander, citrus, and spice. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Not bad.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sample at 101 Beer Kitchen. Hazy yellow color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily. Short strings of lacing. Spices and citrus in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of wheat, sweet spices and citrus. The finish is spicy with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
