Shrink your head with this Belgian Style wheat beer. Brewed with coriander, orange peel, and secret voodoo spices. Just what the Shaman ordered

Wheat malt, and some of that same meaty, roasted, smoke cured malt note. Clove, faint lemon, and possibly orange peel add more depth to the flavor. Firmly malty, definitely possessing

Pint on tap at Allynís Cafe. Mostly hazy whitish paler yellow color. Thin white head, leaves good lace. Medium body. Kind of soft, smooth lighter carbonation. Lightly sticky. Good orange peel zest, light lemon and spice flavor. Nice yeast influence. Moderate sweet taste, light spice, good zest. Solid witbier.

Draft. Pours hazy light yellow color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate citrus, yeast and herbal spice aroma. Medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet & spice flavor with a medium citrus & spice finish of an average duration. My expectations where met.

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a hazy lemon juice color with ample foamy white head. Smells of Belgian yeast, coriander, citrus, and spice. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Not bad.

Sample at 101 Beer Kitchen. Hazy yellow color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily. Short strings of lacing. Spices and citrus in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of wheat, sweet spices and citrus. The finish is spicy with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

UPDATED: AUG 12, 2013 Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a very pale yellow color with a huge foamy off white head that faded and left great lacing. The aroma was tart citrus, coriander, lemon, must and pepper. The flavor was tart lemon, must, coriander, pepper, cracker, bread and dust. Long tart lemon, must and pepper finish. Medium body. A very nice wit.
