2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
[Bottle (12oz)] Pours a slightly hazy gold with an average size frothy lasting white head. Mild aroma of fruit, wheat, paper, caramel and vegetal notes. Flavour of fruit, alcohol, paper, caramel and bread. Moderate bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not sure what style this is supposed to be, whatever it is it’s only O.K.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
From the 12 fl. oz bottle. Light amber yellow pour with huge, foamy white head. Clarity is decent. The aroma is a fairly straight forward corny, cereal malt character. A little toastiness. The body is light to medium but also creamy. The taste has a gritty pale malt character that ends clean and crisp. There is nothing exciting about this. It is another Trader Joe’s offering that manages to do the trick but does not stand out as anything extraordinary. But, sure, now I could eat a few hot dogs with it.

2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
From a 12 ounce bottle. Pours a copper gold, slightly translucent with little carbonation. Smells like meister brau. Bitter and biscuity, can taste the alcohol. Leaves an aftertaste as if from a corroded pipe. Grows on you though. Not the best, nor worst.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bready, slightly-off over-ripe tropical fruit aroma. Color is slightly murky yellow with a one-finger white head. Taste is really not bad. Slight tropical fruitiness, malt sweetness, mild hops bitterness. Very generic, but certainly not bad to the point of a 17, its current score. Perhaps I got lucky? From my local Trader Joe’s. I don’t want to have it again, but it’s definitely not bad.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle from Trader Joe’s in Cambridge, drank it at home. Aroma is light bready malts. Flavor is white bread crust, stale apple cider, and a weird oaky tannin flavor. Astringent and unpleasant bitter finish.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
355ml bottle, most generic label art. More of a pale ale than an amber ale. Gold pour. Nealry no smell, slight citrus. ITs creamier, basic cascade flavors, decently balanced. Non-descript but not horrible.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: DEC 2, 2014 12 oz. bottle from Trader Joe’s. Sort of an earthy, resinous flavor with good carbonation over a nice malt base. This won’t break any records but it is decent and pretty well balanced. High ABV seems needless. Other than that, I enjoyed this brew.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
12 oz can. (Trader Joe’s) Greenville, SC.
Clear golden colour with a small frothy white head.
The aroma is sweet candy hoppy with mild bitterness and malt.
The flavour is mild bitterness, quite bad hops and alcohol. Not a nice one. Cheap.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
tastes more like a pale, and a fairly boring one at that. the good thing is, it’s less than a dollar to try a single, so if you don’t like it...there’s no risk."
