Clear golden body with minimal head. Corn and grass aroma. Slightly sweet taste with a hint of hops. Clean ending.

Sampled in a 12oz bottle. A pretty decent ale. Hops are quality. A good six pack brew.

12 ounce bottle from Trader Joe’s. Pours a darker gold with a small white head. Aroma of yeast and alcohol. Taste is grain, malt, alcohol, and yeast. Something strange here.

A glass handed to me by my friends husband because he wanted to share a good beer with me. Honey and corn esthery sweetness. Betyter than a budweiser but not by far.

Bottle. Slightly hazy orange pour with a white head. Aroma is kind of a funky sweet caramel - not great. Medium palate. Taste is caramel malt, with an odd metallic finish. Not good.

Not very good, but not terrible either. Sweet, sweaty, sort of appley nose, and sort of a hazy lighter color. Taste is also somewhat sweet and appley with not too much going on in the body. Nice moderately thick texture, but the finish is really overly strong and the alcohol sticks out like a sore thumb. Not well balanced at all. Slight piney hops on the initial finish, and a lingering sweetness that is not great but not bad either. The alcohol-y finish directly after swallowing kills it for me though; would probably not buy again.

Tasted from bottle into nucleated pint glass. Poured a clear, light golden color (not amber) with weak head which immediately deflated, no lace. Harsh aromas of corn and alcohol, bad yeast esters, very faint skunky hops. Flavor was just as bad: bland malt and cream-of-corn. Seems just like a crappy gas-station malt liquor. The first really awful beer I’ve had from Trader Joe’s. Why do they offer this?

It sure doesn’t look like an amber, but not a bad looking beer otherwise. Hazy orange with a long lasting, thick white head that leaves a thick lace. Some grain, and very mild sourness. It does have a lot of alcohol for a beer that costs less than $1.

bottle... ugliest looking amber I’ve seen, clear medium straw light head... dead nose of light toffee and cotton candy, not bad boring... caramel skunk bomb, pass on this mess
