COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A very special one year anniversary beer, brewed in tribute to our fellow hop loving patrons and fans of our American Pale Ale. This hop bomb double pale Ale is brewed with a metric boatload of five different hops (Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Warrior, and Columbus) and All-American malts and yeast. Big, bold, dry and bursting with citrus and aromatic pine notes; the hippie at beer we’ve brewed yet!

Pours a gold color with off white head. Aromas and flavors of tropical fruits, pine, hops with a nice dry bitter finish. This is quite the hoppy pale ale.

On tap at SanTan. Delightful hoppy nose of mango, apricot, wet hay, and fresh pine. Pours a medium golden peach with a thick head. Awesome taste of crisp, clean alfalfa hoppiness, a sweet grassy tone, slight pine and copper, and a dry citrusy finish. A delicious pale.

It pours with a clear copper body that has thick gold edges and supports a white head of foam. The aroma offers up firm notes of grapefruit, tangelo, malt sweetened dank spicy onions and some resiny pine hops. Nice! The taste starts with bitter to resiny hops where grapefruit and clementine citrus are mixed with malt sweetened tangelo. To midway resiny pine hops and dank spicy onion to shallot to garlic earthy hoppy goodness try to shoulder in among the bruising citrusy notes. This is a solid big beast of a largely citrusy hop IIPA. Deep, rich, balanced and heavy heavy on hops. Love it. So who makes the best big hoppy beer in AZ? This one is right there at the top. Well done.

On tap @ Fate. 24 karat pour with a dense ivory foam that left significant lacing. Extremely aromatic with grapefruit, orange peel, mango, papaya, and a hint of black pepper. Flavor is robust with fresh citrus, green onion, lemongrass, wet hay, evergreen, tropical fruit, and a subtle honey sweetness. Nice bitter punch. Really great beer to celebrate their anniversary!

Deep gold with a white head. Huge hop bomb. West coast style. Resin, grapefruit peel, big grassy finish. Bitter and bold.

Clear yellow pour with medium sized white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, citrus and hops. Taste of pine, grapefruit, orange peel, huge hops. Surprisingly not overly bitter as some caramel sweetness mellows out the hops. Good beer.

On tap at the brewery, in a snifter, gold pour, white head. Dank and piney hops with a plenty of dry bitterness. It is a super hopped version and more bitter than the anniversary single. A little sweetness on the finish. Pretty damn tasty and hoppy good.

Pailhead (5036) - Brownstown, Michigan, USA - NOV 9, 2013
On tap: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy grapefruit, pine, light fruit, and a touch of onion. It’s a transparent gold with a small white head. The flavor starts with moderate citrus and tropical fruit. The finish has moderate-heavy grapefruit and pine. It’s light bodied with mild carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel. Overall, dangerously drinkable for 8%.

Golden pour with mild haze, white head. Aroma is full of citrus and pine, stone fruit. The flavor is very bitter, notes of apricot and peach.
