Pint on tap. Looks like Bud Lite! Light lacing, clear. Strange aroma, I canít put my finger on it, honey-chamomile, maybe? Almost too light on the palate. The taste isnít strong enough, either, not enough herbs or coriander -- some citrus, at least itís not unbalanced. Not a faithful reproduction, fate, you know better.

Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, yeast, and a little bit of bread/dough. Flavors of pretty much the same.

A hazed yellow wit with a thin white head. In aroma, faint bananas over berries, with faint sulfur notes. In mouth, smooth sweet wit with fruity esters, spices, light but refreshing.

Cloudy yellow. Small white head, minimal lasting and lace. Wheat, citrus/lemon, little spice. Mild hops, touch of earth. Soft. Solid beer, just not ímemorableí.

UPDATED: JUN 21, 2013 First miss in my opinion. Lots of yeast, hay, dust, honey, lemon, and citrus zest. Missing complexity and a little flat. Wishing there was more spice, pepper, coriander, earth, and herbal qualities. Not their best style...but want them to continue to think outside of the box. To take it a step further, "No! Donít think outside the box! Once you say that, youíve established that there is a box." - Walt Disney. Cheesy, I know!

On draught at Fate. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is lemon, some spice, wheat and hoegaarden yeast. Taste is semi sweet with some hot dog water, in a good way. This is a great Wit.

At the brewery, cloudy orange pour with a white head, lemon zest and yeast nose with with some clove and citrus. Excellent example of the style. Very enjoyable and great for the summer.
