COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a lighter ale brewed in the Belgian tradition. Belgian beer is strong flavored with heavy aromatic qualities resulting from the strain of yeast used and the high temperature fermentation which this strain is best suited for. The flavor is quite strong for a beer that is the color of honey. The aroma is also rich and distinctly Belgian.

Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Bubble gum sugar and bread aroma. Banana pear bubble gum and sugar taste. Decent.

Golden yellow coloured beer, sweet and delicious. Not that reminiscent of the Belgian beers I prefer, but a nice pint in its own right none the less.

Tap. Slightly hazy golden color. Strong coriander aroma and flavor. Great spice. Sharp. Light body.
