Had this on cast on tap. Nice rich amber color with floral aroma. I was expecting more hops, but was pleasantly surprised by the malty overtones. Nice mix and a decent beer.

Oct 30, 2007 Pours amber with no head. Aromas of caramel but that’s about it. Slightly sweet. Mouthfeel is smooth with a bitter finish. One dimensional.<br />Earlier Rating: 11/16/2005 Total Score: 3<br />This was an interesting brew, I had never had a bitter on nitrogen before. Has that sweet caramel flavor but with a very smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Fun to try but I wouldn’t get it again.

Aroma: Slightly floral seems to be Kent Goldng but not noticable for a cask-conditioned beer
Appearance:
Poured a deep copper with nice clean white head which dissipated quickly
Flavor: Malty flavors followed by a hint of spicy hop flavors... the hop bitterness seemed to have a little tea like characteristics
Palate: balanced beer with a creamy finish lingers long enough to pause....
