Commercial Description: This Pale Ale is closer to the style of Pale Ale brewed in Britain. It is more rich and less sweet than most of the U.S. counter parts. Part of the rich texture is due to the water. We make an addition of minerals to the water to match the mineral content of well water in the famous brewing town of Burton-on-Trent. Burton is the home of Bass, Ind Coope and three other breweries. A blend of English hops also adds to the British flavor of the beer. Faultline Brewing Company serves Burton Pale Ale periodically through the year.
Tap. Cloudy brown with some ruby hints underneath a light brown head. This beer was malty with a floral and fruity aroma, some nuts and citrus.
