Review of Cask conditioned London Porter Aroma: Nice aroma of roast grains and coffee notes. Vague hops in the background Appearance: Dark-dark brown with ruby highlights, poured with a slightly tan head which lingered for a few sips FLavor: Roasty, grainy, hints of coffee and chocolate with a nice balance of hop flavors and bitterness. Palate: Opens with a malty roasty notes, followed by the hop flavors. Nice long finish which seems to have alittle extra grainyness as it warms up Overall: A very good porter, a definitely worth seeking out
