Commercial Description:
The FBC Pale Ale is a cross between two styles. The caramelized malt tones and the lower carbonation levels are in the English style, and the bitterness and color are more American. The aroma is derived from a blend of British hops, which gives the beer a fine rounded aroma. The British hops are far less assertive than their American counterparts, which lead to a more agreeable aroma profile for a British Pale Ale.

A pale ale in the British style. Golden/brown in color. Lot’s of caramel flavors. Quite sweet. Reminded me a lot of an english bitter.

Light and mild for a Pale Ale. Watery feel and short, simlistic finish.

Tap. Dark amber. Malt and hop aroma. Quick bite but also a quick finish. Not a lot of depth to this pale ale.
