Bottle. Golden, eggshell creamy head. Light bready nose with a light hop counterpoint. Sweet cookie malt body, mellow chewy mouthfeel, adequatly balanced by fresh aromatic hops. Light on the finish. quickly fading leaving a fresh aromatic hoptrace - moreish.

Flip-top from Arden Wines. Bright gold with a dense lacing foam. Nose mown grass, cooked corn, almond notes- the alcohol becoming noticeable. Soft and still with a crackery malt, corn-like and faint grassy hop character. Trace of minerality in the finish. Just a lager really, albeit a well-executed one.

In bottle from Peckham’s. Pours a light golden colour with a decent white head. Aroma of bready yeast, tinned champignon mushrooms, alcohol and caramel. Similar champignon mushroom character. Moderate carbonation and a little CO2 prickle. A little odd.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is sweet, fruit, malt, hop. Flavour is sweet, malt, fruit, hop, grass. Ordinary beer.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sweet malt, grain. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110415]

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain and hay. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Gathering, 2011. Pours clear yellow with a creamy egg white head. Grain, hay and a bit of sulfur. Crisp and dry. Medium bodied.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with a finger-thick white head that lasts. Quite sweetish on the nose, pale malts, some fruityness and a grassy touch too. The flavor is a bit sweet maybe, but quite tasteful, with grassy hops and pale malts. Some metallic notes in the very end, not pulling the score down. Medium body with pleasant carbonation. A nice export, borderline zwickelbeer. 110415

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear golden with small white head. Flavour is malt, bitter, sweet, dry and hops.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, butter and hops.

Fresh, subtle grass aroma. Clear shiny yellow colour. Nice, stable, chalky-white head. The flavour is quite malty with a hint of aroma hops.
