[bottle] Marzipan and sweet honey malt aroma. Almost clear orange-gold under some white foam. Sort of spicy malt flavour that is a little soapy and has some bread crust and cardboard. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly bitter, bread crusty finish.

from a 500ml flip top. nice straw to amber color with a thin head. alcohol comes through a bit too much for a beer of this style. very drinkable, malty, light on the hops. Overall a decent beer, but a little heavy handed alcohol wise for what I usually consider a delicate style.

Pale golden beer with a noisy, rocky white head. Light yeasty nose with some spice and celery. Light, crisp beer. Raw bread dough yeastiness, light spice, some thin caramel sweetness and a whiff of lemon rind. The yeast is a little overpowering in this otherwise very sublte beer. Mindestens haltbar bis: 05.04.07, so the bottle may be a little old. Its been in my fridge since last December’s Secret Santa.
