One thing is clear: Faust Kräusen is unfiltered. The character of this strong golden special beer is mild, fresh, full-bodied and flowery malt, hops flower with fine and light honey fragrance.

Außerdem in beiden Teilen würzig.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white to white head. Fruity, grassy and faintly peppery aroma with pale malts. A bit sweet on the palate, still quite dry. Medium body. Fruity flavor with a touch of bitterness, the bitterness more evident in the end. Although a bit sweet, it’s a really nice one, tasteful and easy drinkable. 110601

Bottle. A light malty smell, but much else. The white foamy-creamy head is medium large with a long duration, the body is pale orange. The taste is quite malty with a hidden sourness. The body is rather light, creamy and dry with a normal carbonation.

500ml swing-top bottle from bierzwerg! Golden yellow color, slight opaque, with a weak head, which is rapidly disappearing completely. Smells yeasty lemony-tart, subtly fruity. Overall, however, very low odor. It starts yeasty and fruity fermented, with hints of pear! The finish is also shown fruity-yeasty, pear comes through again. The center part is grainy, bready, good spicy, the fruity and yeasty notes will continue to be good. Overall, well balanced, very recent and delicious!

Draught during the Ziemann dinner in Miltenberg. Hazy gold color with a fluffy white head. Very light vomit aroma and a little brothy. Cantalope as well. Fruity and round in the mouth. Weird burning finish. Uncomfortable. Bad stuff. Odd infection probably.
