[backlog] 23-04-16 / bottle. Brownish colour. Strong malt aromas. Sweet, with notes of caramel, hints of chocolate. Okay dunkel. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. So my rating sometimes lack some information. Just ignore it, it is for my personal statistics. Untappd-Rating 2.75/5

Vom Händler des Vertrauens: Aus der Flasche ins Glas. Dunkles Kupfer ins Scchwarz übergehend. Röstmalze in der Nase und im Antrunk. Stark verhaltene Rauchigkeit. Im Abgang eher etwas wässrig. Trotzdem- eines der Guten...

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines and drunk at home. Clear dark brown colour lasting beige head. Some dark fruits some malt loaf style malt. Very drinkable in the mouth. Lovely dark fruits flavours. A bit like a black forest gateau all to my self. Lovely.

Bottle from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Medium brown in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Sweet aroma of plum fruits, toasty malts and some leafy hop.Flavour had a touch of brown sugar, bready malts, dried fruits and a gently soft finish. Good.

Dark brown light hazy with a light tan small head. Aromas of subtle chocolate, caramel, roast malt and dried fruits like apricot/peach arises, also offers hints of nut-aromas. Softly carbonated, smooth-slick and slender bodied. Roasted malt sweet-bitterness with light chocolate caramel flavours make the beer pretty harmonic. Medium lasting light dry finish.

0,5l Flasche. Dunkles Bier, wenig Schaum. Etwas muffig im Geruch, im Geschmack allerdings lecker nach Caramel und Nüssen. Süffig!
