Bottle. Hazy, yellow-amber color, medium, lacing, head. Aroma is fruity, but lacks banana and yeast totally. Taste is very sweet, light sour, nearly no bitterness. Body is medium to thin, with a fresh carbonation. Nearly no aftertaste, light fruity to sour. Not the baddest alcohol free Weizen I´ve tried, but also not very outstanding.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, süß, getreidig. Geschmack hefig, gereidig süß, wässrig fruchtig.

It’s unclear warm golden with a huge head. The aroma has notes of mash, light fruit and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of light fruit, mas and wheat, and the finish is slightly dry and vedry slightly yeasty. Too little yeast flavor in this one.

Brotig hefiger Beginn, mild, steigend brotig. An helles Malzbier erinnernd, dann wässrig werdend. Langweilig. 9/6/9/5/6/6

UPDATED: APR 30, 2012 (swing top bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a thick and slightly off-white foamy head. Distinctively citrus- and lemon-fruity aroma with slightly wheaty notes and nettle-like and phenolic spices. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light bodied but not directly watery with a crisp carbonation. Mashy and slightly wheaty taste with notes of citrus; sweet and slightly citric sour finish. Not completely bad. 25.IV.12

Bottle. Mild bready aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small floaties. Small stable white head.Very sweet flavour, a little bread. The bitterness is grassy like many other Alkoholfreis, and even burns a bit in the finish. A bit salty, I guess it is isotonic, like they wrote on the label. Too sweet. OK wheat beer mouthfeel.
