(swing top bottle) Hazy copper colour with a big and persistent foamy beige head. Moderately sweet and slightly sour-fruity aroma of dark and wheat-malt with cloves and notes of caramel. Soft malty, slightly toasty and yeasty taste with shy fruity notes and clovy phenols, light to medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel; a bit slim spicy and fruity finish. Decent Dunkelweizen.

Bottle. Mahogany coloured with a cream head. Aromas are chocolate and banana with raisins and traces of lime. Roast malts and gritty cocoa. Flavours are chocolate with lemon and lime. Banana and yeast with raisins and sweet and sour berries. Decent.

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Deep amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is fruits, wheat, mild caramel and some berries as well. Flavour is wheat, some yeast as well as mild caramel and slight herbal notes as well. Mild banana as well.

Bottled at HBF2011. Pale beige head. Mild nose. Dark coppery colour. Malty soft taste. Mild hoppiness.

Deep amber color, decent off-white head. Toasted banana in the nose. Medium-bodied. Banana, acidic finish. Short sweetish banana finish.

Unclear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090908]

Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, amber coloured with some red sparks, creamy and lacing off-white head; bananas, citrus-fruit and caramel in the nose; mild sweetish, slightly sourish flavour; traces of bitterness in the mild malty-citrusy finish. Nothing unpleasant detectable in this mild, soft Dunkelweizen.....

Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a fast disappearing light brown head - surprisingly fast disappearance for a Weizen. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of both caramel and wheat, and so is the flavor, but in the flavor light notes of citrus mixes in.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy dark amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, caramel and banana. Medium body with lightly sweet caramel and roasted malt with some banana accents. 150107

Bottled: Wheaty, light roasty aroma. Light notes of plums and rum. Hazy brown color, creamy brownish head. Sweet, warm flavor, wheaty, spicy, not too full bodied. One dimensional.
