1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Aroma of fresh paint, appearance like any other cheap beer, strong beer, bitter taste. Not good at all. At least this beer is 10% alcohol.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Deep golden/orange beer with a pathetic head. Aroma and flavour with malt and alcohol. Very sweet and one-dimensional but what can you expect from a beer with both maize/corn and glucose syrup?!

1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can. Alcohol, alcohol with very little in terms of aroma or flavours. This one is definitively not for me.

0.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
500 ml can. I had to rate this 0.6 because it is not as bad as that desperado I had a couple days ago. The only good thing about this is it gets the drunks hammered fast. The only way I can describe the taste is disgusting. There are flavours and aromas in there that I have no idea what they are. The majority of this can of beer when down the drain. On the bright side the drain is running faster now.

1.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
Deep-gold/orange. Grain aroma and flavour quickly gives way to extra-large alcohol and an evil, urine-like, bitter finish. Quite disgusting.

1.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
I can’t score it well; but, for 10%abv it isn’t bad. I wouldn’t recommend it to the beer enthusiast. If you are looking for a strong beer with a lot of flavor, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a strong beer that goes down well enough to have a second and a third, you’ve found it. Give your keys to your DD and enjoy.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
One of the best strong beers available in Ontario. A surprisingly good flavour and finish for a 10% malt liquor.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
(Can 50 cl) Comes as "Faxe Extra Strong" - made for Sweden, it’s simply too good for Denmark.
Beautifully golden with a nice, creamy head - collapses pretty fast though. Starts with a refined, perfumy edge, but every more subtle note is quickly drowned in alcohol. Lots and lots of alcohol. Tough one to finish. 031001

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can (BB 03/2006)
This beer contains glucose syrup and maize. Golden color, not much head. Malty, metallic nose. Medium-bodied. Nice grassy hoppy bitter flavor, does not show alcohol much. A bit sweet. Sticky aftertaste. Excellent malt liquer!

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
500ml can. Golden pour, holds a small rocky cap of white foam. Aroma is a mix of corn and apples, sweet. Thick, coating mouthfeel. Corn, sweet malts and mild alcohol flavours. Could be worse I guess...
