This is the only beer in my life I have found to be undrinkable. It was even worse than the hot Old Milwaukee that had been sitting in an unshaded tent for 2 months. Don’t subject yourself to this, drink Listerine or hand sanitizer instead.

Chris and Ruth’s Shindig 2016, Saturday. Clear golden beer with a small offwhite head. Malty vegetable aroma, bready, hay notes, some cardboard. Malty bready flavor, fruity, cardboard. Boozy finish. Expected it to be a lot worse.

can @ supermarket (budapest) pale golden colour, normal body, medium carbonated, light bitterness, quick vanishing foam, not bad for summer days, but nothing special notes to remember it

1litre can purchased in dodgy locale shop in Frankfurt during my friend’s stag do! Appearance is unknown as we drank this sucker straight out of the can. It was probably amber or gold. The aroma is strong, sweet, sticky, tangy fruits, rotten apple, rubbing alcohol and a touch of solvent. The taste was not as bad as initially feared.... plenty of sweetness, tangy apple, white sugar, cheap bread, sweet corn, solvent, boosty alcohol and some metal with and alcoholic finish. Medium body, average carbonation and sticky mouth-feel. Pretty much what I expected - sweet, raw and tangy trampy boost juice.

Can. Pours a deep clear golden body with a medium white head. Nose is higher alcohols, fusel, banana, pale malts and hints of vodka, grains and syrup. Taste is banana, booze, pale malts and hints of grains, syrup and red berries. Medium body, high carbonation. Pretty badly boozed-up pale lager a.k.a. malt liquor, works well for getting drunk but not for much else.

Heldere gouden kleur en een goede kraag. Ruikt zoetig, mout. Smaakt zoetig mout suiker. Zoete zware meuk.
