Deep-gold/orange. Grain aroma and flavour quickly gives way to extra-large alcohol and an evil, urine-like, bitter finish. Quite disgusting.

Can - 0,5 l Appearance: Clear yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma: malt, corn, sugar, very strong aroma of alcohol. Taste: heavy sweet and light bitter with an alcohol finish. Palate: Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is average.

Giant liter can poured into a red wine glass (and the whole works is on the warm side) comes out with a crystal clear gold body with somewhat regenerative near white head. The mild aroma tosses up notes of sugar covered malts and really little else. I’m surprised there are no off notes wafting up. OK, eventually some apple and pear like fruity esters start coming alive in the aroma. The taste is full up sweet sticky apple and pear drippings mixed with some chemically boozy booziness. Not horribly bad until the adjunct headache sets in. Drink lots of water if you plan to finish this liter. Why wouldn’t you try this?

NAsty, but interesting. As other Faxes is just a cheap and big beer but can have nice moments with it.

1 litre can pours a pale amber color with a 2 finger white head that retained well and left some thin lacing on the glass. Aroma is grainy malts and some mild hops. Taste is malty sweet with some cereal grains and a mild hoppy bitterness. Medium body and modest carbonation. This is better than I expected it to be, but still nothing memorable.

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2012 A somewhat offensive and somewhat drinkable beer. Pours a bright golden with a thin white head. Nose has a big grainy malt and a bit of hop sweetness. A bunch of alcohol on the nose. The taste is sweet, grainy and dry on the finish with a bit of fruit (can’t put my finger on it). A bit of a sharp astringency on the finish with a big alcohol burn. Overall, just crappy beer.

Ñ óäèâëåíèåì îáíàðóæèë, ÷òî äî ñèõ ïîð íå ïðîáîâàë îðèãèíàëüíóþ äàòñêóþ «äåñÿòêó» îò Faxe. Âêóñíÿøêà-êàðàìåëüêà.  îòêðûòîì âèäå âêóñîâûå ñâîéñòâà íå èçìåíÿþòñÿ â òå÷åíèå êàê ìèíèìóì äâóõ äíåé (ïðîâåðåíî ýêñïåðèìåíòàëüíî).

Pours clear golden with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma has sugary, is vinious, some soft malts and green apple. Medium carbonation, dry, thin and still oily mouthfeel. Flavour has apple juice, light sugar, mild malt, some citric notes. A bit of sharpness to the finish. This was far better than I feared and expected.

Can 50cl. (Makro Cape Town). A clear yellow colour with a medium high, off-white head. An aroma of malt, caramel and alcohol. The taste is heavy sweet and light bitter. A medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation and a medium long finish. Not really my kind of beer.

Literes, kemény falú dobozban Világosabb, narancssárga színe van, habja szinte egyáltalán nincs. Illata édeskés, alkoholos. Ízében is az erős alkohol és egy jó adag cukor dominál, egy enyhe malátás aromával, amihez egy adag fémes mellékíz is társul. Testes, mint egy tömény alkohol. Utóíze pálinkás, kissé csípős és igen édeskés. Ez bizony nem sör, hanem valami édeskés sörlikőr, ami igen rossz. Soha, sehol, senkinek!!!
