Jul 9, 2004 Dark stained oak with cherry blend, retentive head with a tan film of lacing. The aroma is perfumy with some earthy pine hops & a dusty roast end-nose. The flavor is interesting with the notable roast & brown qualities collide with low rumbling earthy musky hops. Finishes without any residual sweetness, just some toffee and a roostertail of hop bitterness.
