COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Another favorite seasonal beer is our Maibock. This was traditionally the first beer served after the long cold winter brewing season in Germany. Very bright colored and of Bock strength. We will open the taps on this beer the first day of Spring.

On draught at Fearless Brewing Company. Now known as Spring Ale. Clear light golden color. Caramel biscuit aroma. Taste is maple, caramel, biscuit, metal, and grass. Very light-bodied with some bitter notes on the finish along with the biscuit.

Draught at the Lucky Lab Beer Hall. Medium amber, with a thin, bubbly head. Metallic, fruity aroma. Flavors of tobacco, some fruit, smoke. Wacky and interesting. Not too bock-like but original, with some alcohol noticeable.

I know this brew was hyped up a lot, and I was really eager to try it, but it seemed ok to me. Tap @ Fearless... Poured pale gold with a white head. Aroma of berries. Flavors of malt and berry fruits, with crackers and hops and corn. Finished with malt that’s typical in lagers.

Delicious, a little bigger in style than I was expecting, but I like that and it works very well for this particular beer and is very well done. Clear and golden will a small ring of foam and great light but scant lacing. Flavor is sweetly malty, lightly spicy with just a hint of banana esther fruitiness. Smooth, luscious on the palate and very easy to drink. A great beer for spring.
