2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Appearance: Pale straw yellow, white frothy head, disipates quickly.
Aroma: Light bread notes, slight floral hop aroma, green apple peel.
Flavour: Light malty profile, baguette like.
Mouthfeel: Very clean and crisp, light bodied, smooth on impact, brisk carbonation leads to a quick drying finish with just a hint of bitterness.
Overall: Not too bad for a Asian lager.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
I am young generation 22-35 who confident, love freedom, embrace challenge. I bought this beer to enhance my sophisticated lifestyle. Yellow body look like speedo I wear to Bangkok nightclub. Straw nose remind me of bond i naked short sell. Cardboard flavour taste like servant girls’ walls. Slightly bitter aftertaste like how I will feel when I’m a fat 40 year old and, being the kind of douche at whom this marketing is directed, realize I have no real friends. Federbrau is perfect if you crave selected yeast and no substance.

Lught yellow. White lasting head. Bland, earthy malty aroma with lots of sweetness and corn taste. Pretty bad.

From tap at a Federbräu biergarten next to Central World in Bangkok. Pale golden with a small white head. Weak in aroma and quite watery, but still a refreshing SEA lager. Slightly more bitterness than the usual Thai lager, but nothing to write home about. Okay beer on a hot December night in a Thai beergarten (Backlog: tasted 2008-11-29)

Bottle from Thai supermarket. Dirty yellow body, small white head. Some dusty hops and pale malts in both aroma and flavor, otherwise a pretty clean lager for what it’s worth. Boring, but not bad.

Had not encountered this is Bangkok previously (160 bht per 600ml bottle in restaurant). For all intents appears / tries to be German and succeeds in brewing a crap Euro lager lookalike. Little character and charm here. Corn flavour malts and a mild tang of bitterness is the best I can get from this beer.
