3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at philadelphia bar and restaurant. Copper, mostly clear. Funky yeast aroma, rotting apricots, bread. Funky, spicy saison flavor with some apple, pear. Very light, easily drinkable. Aptly named, but only ok.

From the tap poured a straw color with a good amount of head. Light slightly tart malty flavor with a quick finish.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with a foamy medium head. Aroma has a bit of tart funkiness with mild orange and spice. Flavor is funky and rindy with light peppery spice. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is spicy/funky and dry.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
A very fruity aroma. Pours a copper color that leaves lacing. Taste is full of apples maybe? It finishes very saison esque. Strange & I’m not sure that it’s enjoyable.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Thanks Ryan. Brett Saison. Hazy golden with a smaller sized off white head. Definitely bretty. More so in the aromas but in the tastes too. Rotten fruit (but not in a bad way) with some lighter spices. Funky and quite drinkable. Would like to see this bottled and given some time.
