COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hoppiest Brew Works beer ever? The smell of grapefruit, a sweet malt flavor, and oh by the way, lots of hop bitterness. Brewed in the tradition of West Coast ales, we have put loads of malt and hops in our kettle to come up with this sensational ale. Brewed with pale, and crystal malts, hopped with Tomahawks for Yakima Valley, WA. This beer styled has made many a microbrewery famous and this one is sure to please all those who love hops.

Deep Amber appearance. Think yeungling. Creamy head with sweet aroma with Caramel notes. Initially pretty sweet with a touch of sour lingering. Pretty metallic hop explosion that lingers in a bitter way. Not the best but still pretty thin mouthfeel and easy to drink. Interesting but not overly complex and not juicy enough for me. Traditional west coast style done half right. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A good good IPA. The taste of fruit is stronger than the taste of hops. The smell is sweet and the appearance is average for an IPA. The beer goes down smooth and is very drinkable. You can fire these IPA’s back!

Bottle to shaker glass, pours hazy amber. Two finger off white head, nice lacing and retention. Aroma of grapefruit and light pine. Taste is mainly bitter balanced with a light caramel malty backbone. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, slick mouth feel. Finishes moderately bitter. Tasting notes of herbs, grass, plum, pine, caramel and earthy notes. This bottle seems past it’s shelf life, will have to try again in the fall. Still drinkable but strange.

Bottle into tulip glass, hazy golden-amber color with off-white head. Aroma notes of strong citrus hops, some pine, fruity and caramel malt sweetness. Taste adds notes of tropical fruits and toffee. Medium body, moderate-low carbonation, dry, creamy with citrus/pine bitter finish. Pretty solid east coast style IPA.

Freezer Chill. 12 oz bottle into ping glass. Two finger fizzy off white head slowly dissipates. Some lacing. Beer is yellow orange in color. Aroma is hoppy with notes of resin, floral, grass, and spruce. Taste is very lightly sweet. Medium bitter with primarily resin and spruce notes. Maybe some citrus reigns. Medium body. Slick texture. Average carbonation. Long bitter finish. Over all ok IPA. Not as crisp and refreshing as I like them. Bitter hop lovers may think otherwise.
