On the (my) Eleventh Day of Christmas the beer gods gave me... An earthy IPA. Pours an amber orange color with thick white foam head. Aroma of muted caramel and grapefruit with heavy earthiness. Sweet citrus taste with a thin but direct hop hit. Lots of earthiness and leathery texture. Perhaps a bit more malt would round it out better. Solid. Hop lovers will enjoy.

Bottle at home, thanks to an IP trade with Kurt, 20/12/12. Opaque mid amber/orange with a thin off white head that retains at the edge and as a film. Nose is caramel malt, floral hops, light pine, touch of grass and sugars. Taste comprises caramel malt, orange, touch of grpaefruit, citrus notes, hops, pine. Medium bodied, soft carb, good feel, hop bitterness in the finish. A decent well balanced IPA.

Bottle. Orange pour with a bit of beige head. Fresh hop flavors have almost entirely dropped out, some spice and herbal tones remain.

Bottle last night, nose quite hoppy, some citrus and lychee, caramel and vanilla pudding, lightly spicy dough but faintly so. Deep and hazy amber with a rocky off-white head. Watery body, taste lightly sweet, light-medium bitterness, dries out significantly as the resins take over. Alcohol reasonably well hidden, some grapefruit rind. Like the hops here but reminds more of juice than beer.

Draught at OT, Sweden. Short thinn off white head. Opaque golden color. Pungent hop aroma. Hoppy taste with a little bite but balanced by malty sweetness. Semi lasting bitterness. Unfortunantly the aroma lowers the whole impression.

12oz bottle from jtclockwork, thanks James! Pours a cloudy golden colored body with a two finger-width, dense and foamy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is big grapefruits up front with a bit of a lemon-peel, a light earth, and a lightly spiced pine. Somewhat bready pale malts with a light caramel and crystal malt sweetness. Flavor is chewy crystal malts and big grapefruit citruses up front with an earthy, spiced pine throughout. Somewhat bready malts with a light caramel sweetness and a touch of toast before this finishes dry, leafy and resiny, earthy, and moderately bitter with a good amount of sweet grapefruits. Lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a moderately lively carbonation. Overall, a decent IPA. Fairly bitter with lots of grapefruit and a distinct crystal malt backing.
