UPDATED: APR 28, 2014 What an unusual beer. It seemed like a good idea at first, but maybe if it were an organic fruit juice. Thin bodied and sugary. A unique blend of fruit, alcohol and malt. Strawberry, raspberry, cherry. It?s just too sweet.

Sampled at AC Beerfest (2014). Poured a clear amber color with a small foamy off white head. Aroma of tart funky artificial raspberries. Taste of tart artificial raspberries, mild funk, toasted malt, and nail polish remover.

Smells like raspberry jam. Golden reddish color with a fluffy head that deflated quickly. Raspberry is up front on the tongue but it finishes dry and wine-like. I like it but it doesn't really satisfy that beer craving.

Pours a deep dark pink to red color with thin white head. Aroma is distinctly raspberry but no saison qualities. Main reason for the low rating is that they classify it as a saison and I get no saison qualities. Raspberry on the tongue, very sweet

Pours cloudy grapefruit orange with little head. Aromas of honey, wheat, and citrus. Slightly bitter taste of berries and and lemons. Dry finish. Not the best saison out there, but not bad either.

I aged this one in a couple years and it rewarded me with a super foamy head on first pour, swarming above a honeyed body. The foam soon settles down and healthy carbonation remains to feed a firm top layer. Lovely, puckering raspberry wheat nose--so pure and unadulterated and unwavering all at once. Medium bodied with raspberry on the first sip followed by a punch of alcohol. Somewhat beery body and just a feint echo of yeast and faded pepper on the finish. A solid, and interesting, fruit beer.

Bottle. Pours a foggy deep golden color with a frothy white head. Very fruity aroma with a sense of malt. Berries and some orange in the taste. Kind of tastes like a white wine with malt. Really good fruit beer.

Bright orange/red. Not much aroma. One of the better fruit beers I had. This beer has a decent amount of complexity to it and the fruit flavor is nice. Little bit of spice and lemon which blends in nice. Has one of the most important traits of summer type beer, you want to keep drinking after each sip. Some fruit beers tend to taste unfavorably after they warm, this one however stays good.

22 oz bomber compliments of jtclockwork. Sampled with friends, so poured into sample glasses. Hazy deep orange pour with a small off white head which dissipates almost immediately. Sweet aroma of malt and fresh raspberries. Decent carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavor of tart fruit, bread, honey and natural raspberry, not fake to me at all. Dry finish. Fruity flavor lingers nicely, no note of booze present. Should have held off for a nice hot summer day...
