Formulated to rocket around your palate with a 21st century complexity in flavor and aroma: Hints of lemon and pepper orbit around a raspberry tartness to guarantee a successful flight.

750 ml bottle shared at BCTC 2010. Pours a golden amber with a violet tinge and a foamy short lived head. Aroma is mineral tart light raspberry and raspberry seed, light toast, cherry pit phenolic yeast and light plastic note. Flavor is moderately sweet upfront from a honey sweet malt profile, then gets a slight oily slick and has a tart finish- still more phenols all the way around with plastic, dusty crackery, pitty raspberry seed, metallic hints from the seeds, which leads to a thin slightly astringent finish. Not really impressed.

Super carbonated. Tons of fizz. Fruit. Raspberries are present but don’t dominate. Light Saison. Decent.

Had this while camping at BCTC this year. Pours an orange amber with a gentle rouge hue to it under a medium sized white head. Fuzzy raspberry, hay, a bit of vanilla. Light raspberry flavors, a bit of tartness, a touch of tanginess. Tangy wheat and raspberry. Tasty.

bottle. coppery pink shade with some haze and heavy lacing. nose is classic bready, earthy, peppery saison yeast and prominent raspberries. on the sweet side at first taste, like a raspberry sorbet with lots of bready, yeasty presence and a little tart undercurrent that gets pleasantly dry on the fade. ultimately, this is more of a fruit beer that happens to have been fermented with a saison yeast, I’d say. not bad at all, but it’d be nice with the berries as more of an accent, or with the additions of berries done over multiple stages (I say that assuming that they all went into the secondary, though that’s just a guess from the taste and I can’t be bothered to go to their website).

This is good, I drank two big bottles with a friend tonight at the Steelgaarden! Smells like berries, has a standard saison taste up front and a nice fruit beer finish. Very refreshing and enjoyable. Definitely one of Bethlehem Brew Works best creations!

Hazy pink with a large white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweeter raspberry, citrus, toast, light honey malts. Taste of citrus, lemongrass, sweet raspberry, toasted malts, light spices, and a dry finish.

Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of raspberry and Robitussin. Poured amber/orange in color with a small, tan head that disappeared. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is medium to heavily sweet. Tastes of raspberries, grains, and malt. Medium body. Dry texture. Average carbonation. Medium sweet, raspberry and grain finish is dry.
