Bouteille (merci, Koelschtrinker!) Hazy to cloudy, pale golden to golden, mid-sized stable fluffy head, yeasty and pale-malty nose with a dood dry hoppy dash; light to moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; slightly lingering woody-hoppy and yeasty-malty finish. Good......

Frisch hopfig-getreidiger Antrunk mit grasigen und zitrusartigen Noten. Weiterhin frisch, etwas erdig, süß-bitterer Ausklang. Rundes gutes Bier! 9/12/12/12/9/12

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty spicy and slightly grainy malty aroma with citric and lemon-fruity hops. Slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly grainy and yeasty pale malty taste with distinctive notes of citrus and lime; mildly bitter hoppy and yeasty finish. Good work. 06.VII.11

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2010 re-rated 10/2010; courtesy of Philipp and Thomas - pours a cloudy blond-orange colour under a solid and persistent creamy white head; nice lacework; a solid aromatic hoppy nose with notes of peanuts, grapefruit, flowers and biscuits; a fair but subtle carbonation, medium to full malt backbone; sharp palate and very tasty; a fair bitterness and a long aromatic hoppy finish; pretty dry - a beautiful beer

courtesy of Philipp and Thomas (3/2010) - cloudy blond colour with a solid and firm persistent white foam; the nose is herbal and dusty; very carbonated and medium malt backbone; some bitterness; the finish is grassy and buttery with some residual sweetness and unpleasant notes of vegetables - dubious (4/5/4/2/8)
