Draught, December 2012. Clear dark brown with a darkish white head. Some dark chocolate sand and floral hops in the nose, bitter and slightly dry taste. Light-to-medium body, short finish. A little watery.

33cl bottle. Dark reddish brown with good creamy head. Aroma malt dominated. Very tasty, roasted malt, caramel. Smooth, well balanced. Nice Dunkel.

Nice style of beer. A lighter brown hard to find combination. Easy to drink. One of the better beers I’ve been able to find in Switzerland.

Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, burnt caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, light burnt caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120217]
