(bottle, traded with EithCubes) Clear, dark reddish-brown colour with a bubbling foamy off-white medium head. Quite complex aroma: slightly dusty and sweet toastmalty nose with a touch of toffee and dense fruity notes of dark berries. Medium sweet flavour, toastmalty taste with toffee and fruity undertones; sweet malty, slightly hoppy finish with a well-integratic warming alcoholic touch. A solid and decent Bock.

Dark brown reddish with off-white creamy head, some lacing. Aromas hay, malts, grass. Palate is slick, sticky, oily medium-full bodied, with soft mouthful, crispy carbonation. Taste is roasted malts, licorice and some driness. Afterstaste is plums, and dry papery. Finish quite balanced, little watery with some cardboard nuances, but overall quite ok. Well drinkable Urbock, no hints of ABV whatsoever. - Get’s better warmer.

Alkoholisch angehauchter Malzantrunk, wenig süß. Im Mittelteil wird das Bier kurzzeitig etwas rauchig, die Malzigkkeit bleibt weitestgehend erhalten. Dazu ist es dunkel holzig und erdig, außerdem leicht karamellig. Im Abgang sieht das Ganze leider viel trockener aus, hier ist keinerlei Süße mehr vorhanden. Das Malz weicht schnell, somit erledigt sich der Abgang zu schnell. Rustikaler Bock mit wenig Balance im hinteren Bereich. 11/9/9/8/5/9

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, caramel, oxidide malt, light brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Big creamy beige lasting head. Barely translucent deep dark red body. Malty syrupy roasted almonds aroma with milk and honey notes. Dry-sweetish burnt chocolatey taste with buttery papery notes. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Clean palate. Mid-bodied. Dry roasty coke aftertaste with fruity papery notes. Some alcohol, and some bitterness. A bit disappointed by this. (0.5l bottle, Rewe, Dresden.)
