Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (020308)

Mar 9, 2008 ZBF2008: From 33 cL bottle, new beer, from one of two bottles that the brewer presented to us. Pours murky brown with a lacing white head. Aroma is light caramel malty and slight acidic. Flavour is mellow malty and yeasty with a light roasted finish. Light citrus fruity note. Lingering fruity flavour.
