Rastacouere (5923) - Montréal, - NOV 23, 2007
Clear, straightforward golden ale with a light white foam. This is a pretty mineral example with little substance, both in malts’ or hops’ aromas. Nevertheless, it packs quite a dry, bitter punch in the finish, but the mouthfeel remains watery and unsupportive.

berkshirejohn (3020) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 29, 2008
Cask at Fellows Morton & Clayton, Nottingham. AMber with a thin white head; citrus aroma; sweet with some citrus and wheat flavours; the finish is gently bitter and rather dry. This doesn’t appear to be brewed on-site any more.

albertane (378) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAY 27, 2008
Cask at Fellows Morton & Clayton, Nottingham. This golden beer has a subtle but enjoyable malty character with some floral hop bitterness. It’s nothing particularly special, but it’s not bad at all.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2009 Cask conditioned - handpump - FM&C Nottingham. A copper gold coloured beer with a whitish head. This beer was served far too warm which is pretty ineccusable as it was at thre brewpub. The aroma had whaffs of shampoo. The taste had some fruit together with a little hoppiness. Any promise that was shown though was destroyed by the serving temperature.Score 2.4

imdownthepub (7491) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 30, 2007
Cask conditioned at Fellows, Morton & Clayton, Nottingham. Gold with slight white head. This is a dry bitter, fortunately without the overbearing toffee notes that the other FMC beers have. Some hoppiness and a yeasty body, a little oily. It’s ok but nothing special.

MesandSim (7109) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2007
A Sim rate (on tap at Spooner’s, Porthmadog): Sweetest, perfumiest aroma with flowers. Similar flavour with a serious floral gum taste and slightly bitter finish. Very impressive for an English ale.
