Aroma of toasted marshmallows. Sweet, but also a little sharp. Taste also sharp, and burnt, but not astringent. Left me disappointed.

Cask conditioned gravity dispense Elysian Winter Beer Festival 2013 12/01/13. A black beer with a grey bubbly head. A very dry burnt stout. Fairly thin but very stouty in terms of flavour profile. Really burnt.

Cask conditioned at Cambridge Winter Ales Festival ’13. Black with no head. This was very fruity tart from the off, dry and with a chalky, mineral flavour to it. A really odd beer and unfortunately not to my taste.
