Bottled. Chestnut brown. Sweet malt aroma. Lightly roasty, malt accented, but still slightly thin. Low bitterness.

Bottle in the lounge at the Zürich Marriott. This brew is a dark brown color with a medium light beige head that diminishes slowly. Small patches of lace stick to the glass. Bready malt, caramel and mild hops in the nose. Light body with a roasty malt character and flavors of caramel and slightly herbal hops. The finish is clean and malty. Fairly average all around.

Dark copper color, small off-white head. Caramel, toffee, rye bread in the nose, Light to medium-bodied. SImilar flavor: caramel, some burned sugar, grain and rye bread. Bottle should be freshier,

Bottled. Copper colour, small head. Aroma is wood, fruits, some toast as well as raisins. Flavour is wood, fruits, mild raisins and some sweet bready malts as well.

Bottled. A chestnut colored beer with a light tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, hay, and minerals, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. It’s a nice-looking beer, a clear amber body is topped by a finger-thick off-white head. Rather neutral aroma with some caramel and fruits, grains too. The flavor is pretty much the same, some bitterness chimes in towards the end. Medium body, a bit over-carbonated. A very boring and uninteresting one, lacking on most things.100814

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours clear amber with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is sweet malts. Flavor grain, fruit and caramel. Medium bodied.

Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, toasted, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100814]

Bottle, 5.2%. Weak aroma, hint of yesat and fruit. Clear copper colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is slightly caramelly, a bit lagery. OK round finish.

Swingtop bottle. Clear deep golden with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet caramel, light hops and some fruit. The flavour is sweet caramel and fruit. Light hoppy finish.
