Bottled 50cl. Sampled at Brasserie Federal in Zurich. It pours a pale yellow beer with a white head - not much retention. Sweet nose with caramel and hops showing up. The flavor is of cider and honey. Sweet. Some hay and carrots sneaking in. Sour. Medium bodied. Residual sugars in the finish which is slightly hoppy. This beer gets cloying after a few sips. Not worth purchasing again.

Bottle. Clear golden with a big white head. The aroma of this beer is massive - at first it smells of cheap discount beer then there’s malts and straw. Some perfume too. Had this the first time in the shower last saturday, where I really didn’t notice, since I just needed something to clear my throat and drank it straight from the bottle. Taste is malty and quite fresh. According to the brewer, there’s no bitter hops used in this, which is apparent when you drink the beer.

(Tap) On tap at a small bar in Bern. Pours golden without much head at all. Light body without much in the way of hops. Slightly sweet, and seemingly unbalanced as well.
