In the glass the beer is wonderful golden-yellow, the head is finely porous, medium high and very longlastingSmells like fresh hops, also slightly sweet. Starts with delicious aroma hops, slightly bitter. Towards the middle part takes a harsh hop aroma the upper hand, it is becoming sweeter. Very good beer, I’m pleasantly surprised!

Crisp and clear pale golden yellow, incredible head, lovely looking beer. Aroma strongly hay and grass. Flavor of intense sourdough, even a little rye snappiness, moderately-to-highly bitter, low sweetness. Delicious. Felsenbrau has these pretty nice screwtops...
