Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, 2 December 2009. Presumably another Diesel Tony 77th birthday special (see also Otley Amarillo). Quite dark copper colour. Some roast notes. OK but nothing spectacular. Like many Felstar beers, a little difficult to categorise. Somewhere between a Winter Warmer type bitter and a light Porter. Like an idiot I didn’t note down the ABV and it wasn’t listed in the programme. I’ll see if I can dig it out from somewhere.
