Hazy pale gold beer. Crisp but a little watery. Reasonable hop. Slightly astringent dry finish. Passable.

Bottle 500ml. @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.
Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light to moderate yeasty, leather, grapefuit notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours unclear golden with a small off white head and lacings. Fruity and hoppy flavor and taste. A bit of grapefruit and bread. Dry end

Cloudy golden with a tiny white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with malty and fruity notes. Flavour was quite hoppy with pine, grapefruits and malty hints. Finished bitter.

Bottle, 4.0%. Mild fruity aroma. Hazy golden colour. Very small white head. OK grapefruity aroma. Medium bitterness, but quite distinct. OK balanced.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, yeast, and some malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, yeast, straw, and a bit of elderflowers, leading to a dry finish.

Tasted at Chelmsford beer festival 08. musty nose with a slight hop character. taste was quite thin and slightly soapy without a great deal of the hop character coming through. Quite disappointing
