330ml bottle from Pigs Ear Beer Festival, consumed on 3 December 2010. Best before 31 August 2011. Rich dark brown colour with a modest beige head. Lively but not over-carbonated. Fruity, with some treacle toffee. Full mouthfeel. Maybe a bit sticky.

Clear dark brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted. caramel, fruity, sweet malt, raisin, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, caramel, chocolate malt, malty, strawberry jam. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20101203]
