Cask, Leicester Fest 07. Deep gold with off-white foam. Aromas are dry biscuit malts with some caramel. Floral and spicy with some fruitiness. Flavours are sweet caramel malts with tea. Buttery with earthy Autumn fruit. Light floral with more dry tea on the finish.

Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Leicester BF. A copper coloured beer with a tiny beige puddle atop. The aroma has diacetyl sadly to add to the predominant maltiness. The taste also has diacetly but there’s a certain citric hoppiness as well as a balancing malt. The diacetly dissipates slowly and it becomes a fairly decent drink.
