It is not an altbier style brewed beer. it´s tast is too flat and there is no hops flavour in it.

My least favourite of Feral beers. Nice copper red colour, but bland all around. Musty with a faint caramel aroma. Thin palate, almost watery compared to the other beers I’ve tried here.

A real promise of a good beer given its appearance in the glass. This one was actually a $2 taster which really was a neccessity a the 9%IIPA beckoned. Crystal malt flavour and a slight toffee but I didn’t really pick up the 42IBU bit. OK, this might be high for some but it really isn’t that bitter. A good ber that could do with some re-evaluation in the future.

It may be the hue, but this is my favourite beer of the Feral range. It pours a deep reddish amber, with a thin tight head. Taste is towards the malt, almost caramunich sweetness. Mouthfeel is good, not overly carbonated. Short dry aftertaste, good all season Alt.

Reddy colour with a compact white lasting head. Roasted malt and pleasant bitterness.
