DuffMan (1942), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Oct 9, 2005 Orange amber, clear, hoppy nose. I found this to be a full-flavoured midstrength in a style similar to Rogers by Little Creatures, but just not quite achieving the same level of quality. Still among the top 3 midstrengths I’ve tried (the others being Little Creatures and Grand Ridge). Sully (1363), Woolloomooloo, New South Wales, Australia Mar 22, 2005 The responsible beer from Feral. Mid strength and with an appearance like a Rogers I expected as much from his one. what I got was a reasonably dumbed-down version of this style. Some reasonable toffee like notes and some countering hops this just struck me as the designated driver’s beer. Ol_Juntan_64 (1267), Perth, Australia Oct 27, 2004 On tap at brewery: Medium amber copper clear colour. Musty yeasty stale hop with touch of caramel malt aroma. Medium thin medium carb body. Medium floral hop bitter start moving to sweerer malt middle and dry bitter finish. It seems like they just felt they could brew anything ordinary mid-strength to aleviate their social conscience. bluevegie (1742), Perth, Australia Oct 26, 2003 Light brown/amber colour, medicinal butterscotch and chalky taste, it was my least favourite out of the feral bunch. At least it was in a clean glass this time.
