Malt forward - get the tea leaf - not big tea flavour - fair effort but not convinced this is a good drink - novelty brew only for me.

150815. On tap The Embasy Hotel. Iím not really a fan of tea infused beers and this one did nothing to make me join the fan club. I always seem to struggle to detect anything tea like with them and this beer was no different. At only 3.2% ABV it is a good beer if you are the designated driver. Poured a hazy and murky light golden straw colour with a fairly big white head. Advertised on the board a a tea infused white ale and it did show some white ale traits. There was a bit of pepper and spice in the flavour but nothing closely resembling tea.

Tap at feral. Unusual stuff. Super herbal and tea-like with plenty of spices. Loads of flavour for such a low abv beer. Solid as drop

Donít expect your classic brown ale taste from this. The tea gives it quite a sour taste. On tap at the Wheaty.
