3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle - pours light gold with a nice dense layer of bubbles. Lots of hops-resin, nettles, floral. Taste is nicely balanced not as sharp as the Roma first suggested, up front taste is peach with a long transition to a moderately dry finish. Mouthfeel is creamy. Great beer!

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Fizz bomb, i would hope itís a lot better close to the brewery and in fairness to Feral i wish i could try it that way, but an awful beer by the time it reached Qld. So too the Hop Hog, massively over carbonated sometimes even to the extent of a drain pour, other times a great beer. Maybe quality control. On this time serve, poor!

Bottle from Grand Central Cellars December 2013. Okay beer for a hot summerís day but a little bit thin in the mouth for my liking.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20
Produces up a yellow gold, just shy of bright and with soda-like effervescence. Head goes up and falls at a similar speed. Mango and passionfruit dominated nose with a yeasty bite and bready undertones. Watery palate. Highly effervescent with a carbonic acid bite. Sudsy, muddled crispness to the finish with a medial bitterness subdued by the carbonation. Yeasty, bready with passionfruit and mango coming through and lasting after each swallow. The carbonation is beyond annoying. Pretty average stuff! (33cL, no date stamp, Cellarbrations Carlisle)

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a golden yellow with a small white head. Very light bodied with a strong ?signature Feral? Easily the best of the style that I have tasted. I usually find golden ales to be quite bland compared to their pale and IPA cousins. Hint of wheat and a dry finish. Perfect for summer

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Mane Liqor. Pours clear straw with a fluffy and sticky white head. Nose is all about the zing and zest of citrus with some heavy stone fruits. A solid sweet yeast behind it all. Belgian inspired but hop forward stuff - think zesty lemon rind and peach. Very quaffable and quite balanced. A Summerís day drink. Solid stuff

3.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured a cloudy pale straw colour with a two-finger white frothy head that retained well and laced OK. Carbonation low with small bubbles. Aroma subtly of light malt and strong but very nice sweet floral and spicy hops. Taste of light malt but over-ridden quickly by strong but nice tropical fruity and spicy bitterness. Light body. There is a hint of cloves (wheat) aroma as the beer warms. Smooth, crisp, very refreshing.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
330ml bottle from BWS. Hazy golden body beneath a pillowy white head that reduces to a stable lace. I get aromas of lemons, apricots, grapefruit, pines and golden malts. Palate is smooth and refreshing with a medium body and bittersweet flavours making for easy Summer drinking. Mildly resinous hop finish. No complaints here.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
The beer pours a light misty golden colour with a small white head that hangs around for a while. It is a medium bodied ale with a lively carbonation. The aroma is very pleasant and quite robust for a golden/blonde ale with passionfruit and floral notes filling the nasal cavities. The taste starts with light bready malts for maybe half a second and then the hops come screaming through with tropical and stone fruit featuring. The flavours finish with a firm bitterness and a semi dry finish making this one hell of a refreshing drink.
