UPDATED: JAN 24, 2012 Tap at Feral. Looks exactly like their rye ipa, copper with lots of lacing and dense white head. Bubblegum and citrus swamp the nose giving it quite a sweet and fruity aroma to it. Loads of tropical fruits and a nice touch of belgian yeast in the taste. Dominated by tropical and citric fruits with a hint of spice and pepper throughout. Sweet bitter finish with soft and spritzy carbonation. Bloody fantastic

This is a great beer, on tap at the local taphouse. Appearance in the tulip glass is great. Nice dark amber with thin head and fine bead. The aroma is as one would expect, but where it really stands out is in the flavor department, initial apricot and orange elements transition to a great long bitter finish. The ability to deliver such a strong 7+% beer with such thickness but no acridity is impressive. Great stuff indeed

Tried on tap at Feral. Solid white head, rings of lacing on a golden body. Came across a little sweet to me, also resinous with a bit of pepper in the aftertaste. Belgian ipa.

Had this on tap at the Local Taphouse in St Kilda in may after the beer & brewer expo. was very thick in the mouth on first sip, but settled down quickly. quite creamy, with tastes of orange, spice and sweet toffee
