COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For the month of March the Swan Valleys most awarded beer "Feral White" has been given some extra attention to create "Feral White Special Reserve". We have added cardomon pods to the traditional spicing regime of cured orange peel and cracked coriander seed. The alcohol content has been lifted to 7% and an extended 4 month maturation period has been employed. The result is an incredibly drinkable but full bodied wheat beer with a wonderful creamy mouth feel

Dull straw/yellow body with little head retention. Fairly sweet in taste, some banana with coriander (mainly on the finish), medium to full body. Its not the alcohol but a little too heavy to have too many.
