Flot farve i glasset.

Medium white lasting head. Bright yellow body. Milky malty grassy hop aroma. Dry-sweetish milky chalky taste with grainy grassy notes. Watery mouthfeel. Clean palate. Dryish milky caramelly aftertaste. Not at all bad, but boring and watery. (0.5l bottle, U Ferdinanda, Prague.)

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2006 Black with a red tint. Thick khaki colored head that fades slowly. Some lacing, and a lasting layer of foam. It looks wonderful. Malt and caramel aroma. Flavor is heavy roasted malt and smoke with caramel as well. Full bodied and easy to drink. Outstanding dunkel, served on draught at Ferdinanda in Prague.

Milk stoutabb a milk stoutnál.

Draught at beach cafe. Reddish dark brown respectable colour with an everlasting cappuccino head. Ultimately rich nose: strong roasted malts, some chocolate-coffee, caramel and all of this is topped with tons of prunes! Inpiring taste: burned grains, some sweetness, rye-bun covered with dark sesame and smoke-dried tofu also here. Moderate lively carbonation. Balanced dry finish between sweet and bitter. Watery body, emptiness in palate. A quite proper and drinkable dunkel. Amen.

Tap, at Ferdinanda, in Prague on 13 July 2010. Red-brown, with a thin offwhite head. Plenty of roast malts and a grassy hop kick. Quite a herby aftertaste and a zingy mouthfeel.

Red brown colour with a off-white head. Light roasted malty coffee aroma and taste. Medium body and a light sweet finish. Palate is nice and solid, and the beers last impression is a dry bitterness.
